Please note...It is your responsibility to know these set-up requirements. We do not discount or refund deposits or fees if at the time of the arrival of our portable rock climbing wall, it is determined by our staff unsafe to approach, set-up and or operate. These are, but are not limited to, a number of reasons why we would not operate: Opening to small for wall to enter, height to low for wall to stand up and or area around wall to small and tight. Obsticales overhead to close to wall and climbers. Approach into set-up area to narrow to maneuver wall and tow vehicle into position safely. Set-up area not level enough or firm enough.
The wall requires a 10 X 10 opening to enter and 25 feet of height to set up. When set up the wall needs a 35ft long X 18ft wide X 25ft tall space to operate. Curbs must be blocked and or ramped in advance by you.
Please work out all of these details with our staff over the phone well in advance of paying any deposits.
